Job summary

Novant Health Mint Hill Medical Center is seeking an Operating Room Registered Nurse to deliver expert intraoperative care in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment. This full-time role emphasizes circulating, equipment setup, and OR management to support safe, compassionate patient care.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of OR hospital experience, is licensed as a Registered Nurse, and is prepared to work across a variety of procedures while maintaining high standards of patient

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing required; state RN licensure required.
• Active RN license in appropriate state.
• At least one year of relevant OR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care during urgent and emergent medical needs in the OR.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to assess, treat, and stabilize patients.
• Respond quickly and effectively in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.
• Prioritize patient safety and comfort during every phase of care.
• Use critical thinking and clinical judgement to support positive outcomes.
