You will deliver individualized patient care, monitor status, and collaborate with the team to ensure safety and high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced OR setting.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong preference for prior OR experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process—assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
• Monitor and respond to changes in patient condition, coordinating with the surgical team to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Promote patient safety by implementing risk-reduction strategies and reporting safety events promptly.
• Coordinate care and discharge planning through an interdisciplinary approach, ensuring continuity across the healthcare continuum.
