Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing (or Nursing Diploma) required.
• RN License in state of employment required.
• Physical qualifications: medium work with lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally and up to 20 lbs frequently.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs and intervene accordingly.
• Develop and monitor patient plan of care with interdisciplinary team.
• Provide nursing interventions including IV therapy, wound care, med administration, catheterization, and specimen collection.
• Maintain accurate patient records and communicate using IT systems.
