Penrose Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse to collaborate with the healthcare team and patient/family, addressing physical, emotional, and spiritual needs with compassionate care. You will promote patient safety and apply nursing processes in a mission-driven environment.

We offer a $20,000 sign-on bonus and up to $8,000 in relocation assistance for eligible new hires, with opportunities to contribute across a busy surgical department serving adult patients in a range of specialties.

Qualifikationen

• Associates Degree in Nursing (or Nursing Diploma) required.
• RN License in state of employment required.
• Physical qualifications: medium work with lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally and up to 20 lbs frequently.

Aufgaben

• Assess patients' physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs and intervene accordingly.
• Develop and monitor patient plan of care with interdisciplinary team.
• Provide nursing interventions including IV therapy, wound care, med administration, catheterization, and specimen collection.
• Maintain accurate patient records and communicate using IT systems.
