Mercy Health in Clermont Hospital seeks an Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high‑quality perioperative care. You will assess patient status, coordinate with the surgical team, and implement plans to ensure safe, effective outcomes across pre‑op, intra‑op and post‑op phases.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Associates degree or Bachelors degree in Nursing.
• Current state RN licensure.
• BLS required; ACLS/PALS certifications preferred or may be required within 6 months.
• CNOR certification preferred but not required.
• Two years RN experience in Critical Care (preferred).
• Completion of OR internship program (preferred).
• Peri‑op 101 training (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care in the OR, assess patient status and safety.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Provide pre‑op, intra‑op and post‑op care and discharge instructions.
