Job summary
RWJBarnabas Health is seeking an Operating Room RN in New Brunswick, NJ. The role involves perioperative nursing duties within a busy OR, collaboration with the multidisciplinary care team, and ongoing professional growth opportunities.

Qualifications
- Active New Jersey Registered Nurse license in good standing
- Current BLS certification required; CNOR preferred
- Two-three years OR RN experience; EPIC EMR familiarity recommended
Responsibilities
- Assist in perioperative nursing in the OR and participate in interdisciplinary rounds
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor for clinical changes
- Administer medications and treatments safely with strong clinical judgment
- Collaborate with physicians and advanced providers to coordinate timely care
- Educate patients and families and ensure clear documentation in EMR
