Job summary

Owens & Minor is seeking an Operating Room Program Manager to oversee the OR surgical supply chain, manage PAR levels, and coordinate with hospitals for inventory, devices, and schedules. The role emphasizes Lean/project management experience and collaboration with suppliers to optimize Surgitrack procedures.

The position is onsite in a hospital environment, with compensation ranging from $75,000 to $80,000 annually, depending on experience and location.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor degree in healthcare or related field preferred.
• CRCST or CST certification preferred.
• 3+ years in healthcare surgical services/logistics/projects required.
• Experience with LEAN or project management is a plus.
• Combined education and experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee OR surgical supply chain for O&M and non-distribution SKUs.
• Advise on PAR levels, prebuilds vs ondemand, and inventory forecasting.
• Coordinate with hospitals on schedules and supply needs.
• Manage Surgitrack components and device returns for opportunities.
• Collaborate with suppliers on new products and contracts.
• Maintain PAR levels and device changes across supply chains.
