Owens & Minor is seeking a senior professional to lead the SurgiTrack program at University of Miami Hospital. You will assess hospital needs, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and drive implementation of delivery solutions with a focus on ROI and process optimization.
The role requires several years in healthcare supply chain, strong data analysis, and the ability to manage complex projects across multiple teams. A CPIM certification is preferred.

UNIVERSITY OF MIAMI HOSPITAL
Leads needs assessment, implementation, and stand up of Owens & Minor’s procedural unitized delivery program (SurgiTrack) for assigned hospital(s). Develops in depth understanding of assigned hospitals’ processes, partners with Sales team to assess hospital needs, and manages cross-project teams to implement identified SurgiTrack solutions. Coordinates the efforts of internal teams to facilitate the implementation process and identify/resolve barriers to success. Determines and measures SurgiTrack Return on Investment, monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of the program post implementation.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Concentration in related field (hospital supply chain, distribution, materials/inventory management, IT, business, etc.) preferred. Certified in Production & Inventory Management (CPIM) certification preferred 7 or more years of experience in healthcare/clinical supply chain, inventory management, logistics, and/or project management Or any combination of relevant education and experience to meet the above requirements Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Outlook)
