Owens & Minor is seeking a senior professional to lead the SurgiTrack program at University of Miami Hospital. You will assess hospital needs, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and drive implementation of delivery solutions with a focus on ROI and process optimization.

The role requires several years in healthcare supply chain, strong data analysis, and the ability to manage complex projects across multiple teams. A CPIM certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred in a related field (hospital supply chain, distribution, materials/inventory management, IT, business).
• Certified in Production & Inventory Management (CPIM) preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in healthcare/clinical supply chain, inventory management, logistics, and/or project management.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsabilités

• Observes the functional workings of assigned hospital site(s).
• Analyses the customer’s ability to schedule supply chain operations.
• Creates benchmarks and provides objectives and measures.
• Develops written proposals and recommendations from survey findings.
• Tracks project status and reports status to customer and area management.
