Responsibilities

• Promotes the facility mission by communicating it to others and applying it to services and practices.
• Performs transport duties for the department as necessary.
• Establishes and maintains record keeping, ensuring confidentiality of information.
• Is attentive to detail when delivering paperwork and distributing mail.
• Answers calls and directs inquiries, escalating when appropriate.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
