No experience required, but prior hospital or healthcare setting exposure is a plus. Must maintain confidentiality, assist with mail and phone communications, and be able to work within the facility’s mission and values.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• BLS/CPR certification must be completed within 90 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Promotes the facility mission, vision and values by effectively communicating them to others.
• Performs transport duties for the department as necessary.
• Establishes, maintains and revises record keeping and filing systems, ensuring confidentiality of information.
• Consistently is attentive to detail when delivering paperwork.
• Distributes mail in a timely manner.
• Accepts and screens telephone calls and routes calls appropriately; responds to calls and visitors and determines urgency; refers or informs management when immediate attention is warranted.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
