Qualifications

• Current Michigan RN license and BLS certification.
• ACLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of assigned unit(s) to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Lead and develop staff, manage budgets, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes and satisfaction.
• Coordinate staff orientation, continuing education, and development programs.
• Plan conferences, educational activities, and in-service meetings.
