Qualifications

• BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and assists in daily clinical management for the assigned unit.
• Maintains quality services through policies, procedures, and standards of care.

• Assesses staffing and participates in hiring, discipline and evaluation.
• Participates in orientation and staff education.
