Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree from an accredited school of nursing (BSN) or Bachelor of Science in nursing.
• Licensed registered nurse in the State of Michigan.
• BLS certification as Healthcare Provider.
• Demonstrated management potential or middle management experience.

Responsibilities

• Establish standards for performance, quality improvement and care delivery.
• Coordinate scheduling and staffing patterns; meet productivity benchmarks.
• Develop, interpret and communicate department policies and procedures.
