McLaren Health Care in Michigan seeks an Operating Room Manager to supervise daily clinical management for the assigned shift, under the Chief Nursing Officer. This role ensures quality patient care within policies and standards, while coordinating staffing and resources for the unit.
The position requires an active Michigan RN license, at least one year of unit-specific clinical experience, and a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (Master’s preferred).

Under the direction of the Chief Nursing Officer is responsible for supervising and assisting in the daily clinical management for the unit(s) of the assigned shift, to accomplish the specific unit/department objectives.
