Mercy St. Louis Hospital offers an Operating Room Nurse Residency Program for nursing students, designed to provide paid senior practicum time while training in circulating and scrub roles.
The residency lasts five months, followed by one additional month of mentorship. After completion, nurses transition into a specialty mentorship within their service line, with hours Monday–Friday, 7am–3pm and a 30-minute call time requirement.
Formación
- Nursing degree from an accredited school.
- Current RN license in Missouri.
- BLS certification required.
Responsabilidades
