Job summary
Mercy St. Louis Hospital offers an Operating Room RN Residency & Earn as You Learn program for nursing students completing senior practicum hours. Participants gain a paid stipend while training in circulating and scrub roles across surgical service lines.
The 5-month residency includes a mentorship month, Monday–Friday 7am–3pm hours, and a path to specialty mentorship after completion. MO RN license and BLS required.
Qualifications
- Nursing degree from an accredited school.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Missouri.
- BLS certification is required.
