You will drive patient satisfaction, quality of care, and regulatory compliance, mentoring staff and collaborating with UPHS leadership to align programs, standards and budgets while promoting evidence-based practice.

Qualifications

• RN licensed in PA with a BSN or higher.
• Demonstrated leadership and management experience in nursing.
• Strong communication and collaboration across disciplines.
