Orlando Health ORlando Regional Medical Center in Orlando, FL is seeking a Learning Specialist to provide general and specialty education to prepare team members for safe, efficient care in a fast-paced Level I Trauma operating room setting.
The role emphasizes development and coordination of unit-specific education, ongoing competency assessment, and involvement in professional development initiatives while maintaining EMR proficiency and supporting quality and safety programs.
The Learning Specialist provides general and specialty specific education to prepare team members to be safe, efficient and competent in the fast-paced Operating Room at a Level 1 Trauma facility that renders patient care to patients undergoing either elective or emergent procedures from various specialties.
