Job summary

Baptist Health Lexington is seeking a Registered Nurse in the Operating Room for the full-time first shift. You will assess patient needs, develop care plans, provide direct nursing care, and help manage delivery of care in a dynamic OR setting.

The role requires RN licensure in Kentucky, BLS, and a nursing degree (BSN or ADN). ACLS/PALS/NRP certifications are expected, with on-call duties on weekends and holidays. A strong focus on teamwork and patient-centered care is essential.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure and work permit in Kentucky.
• Bachelor's or associate degree in nursing from an accredited college/university.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
• ACLS/PALS/NRP and dysrhythmia class as required by department of assignment.
• If not certified, must enroll in a bachelor’s degree program within 12 months and complete within 5 years.
