Job summary

Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center is seeking a Clinical Nurse for our Operating Room at the Main Campus to support high-acuity inpatient procedures. You will scrub and circulate, collaborating with surgeons and anesthesia to ensure safe, patient-centered care.

The ideal candidate holds a NYS RN license and a BSN with OR experience; CNOR is preferred but not required. Three 12-hour shifts, with occasional per diem quarters, enable flexible coverage.

Qualifications

• Must hold NYS RN license and BSN.
• Prior Operating Room experience in acute care required.
• CNOR certification preferred but not required.
• CNOR training and circulating skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based nursing care in the Operating Room.
• Scrub and circulate for a variety of complex inpatient procedures.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiology, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure safety and quality.
