Paycom in Monterey, CA is hiring an Operating Room Circulator RN for a full-time position. The RN will support the perioperative team, ensure patient safety, and collaborate with surgeons and anesthesia staff to deliver high-quality surgical care.

The role requires an active CA RN license, completion of an accredited nursing program, BLS/PALS/ACLS, and strong communication skills. CNOR preferred. Monday–Friday schedule with competitive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the operating room and ensure sterile, functional equipment.
• Assess patients pre-operatively and ensure proper positioning on the table.

• Advocate for patient safety and comfort at all times.
• Monitor vital signs and responses during surgery; document care.
• Administer medications as directed by the surgical team.
• Assist with patient transport to and from the operating room.
