Paycom is seeking an Operating Room Circulator RN in Monterey, CA to join our surgical team. The role requires an active CA RN license, a nursing degree, and minimum 2 years in the OR as a Circulating Nurse.

You will collaborate with surgeons and anesthesiologists to ensure patient safety and quality outcomes. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule, competitive hourly pay, and comprehensive benefits including 401k with company match, medical/dental/vision and life insurance, and voluntary

Competenze

CA RN license required.
Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
Minimum 2 years as operating room Circulating Nurse.
BLS/PALS/ACLS required; CNOR preferred.
Strong perioperative nursing knowledge.
Excellent communication and ability to work under pressure.
Commitment to ongoing professional development.

Mansioni

Preparing the operating room and ensuring all equipment is sterile and functional.
Assessing patients before surgery and ensuring proper positioning on the operating table.
Communicating effectively with the surgical team throughout procedures.
Advocating for patient safety and comfort at all times.
Monitoring patient vital signs and responses to surgery.
Administering medications as directed by the surgical team.
Documenting all aspects of patient care accurately and in a timely manner.
Assisting with patient transport to and from the operating room.
