Job summary

Physician Partners of America, LLC is seeking an Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) to provide comprehensive perioperative care. You will perform pre-op assessments, plan and implement care, and collaborate with the surgical team to ensure patient safety and positive outcomes.

The role requires Florida RN licensure, BLS/ACLS, and OR nursing experience. CNOR preferred. Work location is PPOA ASC facilities with weekday schedules and potential on-call duties.

Qualifications

• Active State Registered Nursing License (RN) in Florida.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• IV Sedation course completion preferred.
• CNOR certification is preferred but not required.
• Proven OR nursing experience and strong patient safety knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-op assessment and formulate care plan for optimal outcomes.
• Circulate in the operating room and provide equipment/supplies as needed.
• Maintain sterile field using aseptic technique and document care.
• Record patient health information accurately and securely.
• Communicate data to physicians and care team; implement orders.
