Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient positioning in the designated surgical position (supine, prone, lateral, lithotomy).
• Monitor positioning and traction devices as appropriate.
• Verify integrity of sterile packaging and sterilization indicators.
• Open sterile supplies and instruments using aseptic technique.
• Assist with room turnover.
• Adhere to aseptic technique principles.
• Maintain OR supply inventory and linen.
• All other duties as assigned.
