Advocate Health is seeking a compassionate associate to support anesthesia services at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center - Anesthesiology in Winston-Salem, NC. Qualifications

• Anesthesia Department or Nursing Assistant experience preferred.
• BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Arranges care for surgical patients across age groups.
• Checks and restocks anesthesia carts and supplies to maintain par levels.
• Performs anesthesia machine checks and demonstrates competency.
• Assembles IV fluid and transducer sets for anesthesia use per protocol.
• Cleans anesthesia equipment after use per protocol.
• Ensures equipment is in working order and calibrates daily checks.
• Assists the Anesthesiologist with line placement and critical moments.
• Maintains inventory and supports stocking in anesthesia areas.
