Advocate Health—Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center in Anesthesiology seeks an Anesthesia Technician to support OR readiness and patient care. You will check and restock carts, perform machine checks, and assist the anesthesiologists during procedures.

The role covers a 40-hour week with Tuesday through Saturday shifts and a pay range of $19.80–$29.70 per hour, with comprehensive benefits. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, BLS certification, and anesthesia department or nursing

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Nursing Assistant experience preferred.
• BLS certification required.

Responsabilités

• Arrange for appropriate care for surgical patients across age groups.
• Check and restock anesthesia carts and related supplies.
• Perform anesthesia machine checks and maintain equipment readiness.
• Assemble IV fluid and transducer sets for anesthesia use.
• Maintain and calibrate monitoring equipment and supplies.
• Assist anesthesia team during critical procedures and airway events.
• Maintain inventory and stock equipment rooms.
• Position patients for anesthesia procedures.
