Job summary

Legends Global at Reliant Park in Houston, TX seeks an Operating Engineer II to maintain HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems across a large multi-venue facility. The role involves operating chiller, boiler and air handling equipment, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring safety and code compliance for events and daily operations.

You will work with a team to support building systems, coordinate with clients, and perform diagnostics, repairs and system optimizations as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; EPA Type I refrigerant certification preferred.
• HVAC, mechanical and plumbing system operation knowledge.
• Experience in commercial/industrial facility maintenance desired.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, repair and maintain HVAC and related systems for safe facility operation.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment across multiple buildings.
• Follow safety protocols, read blueprints, and coordinate with clients and staff.
