Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic MEP I for Reliant Park in Houston, TX. Under supervision, you will maintain HVAC, electrical and mechanical systems, perform preventative maintenance, and assist other technicians during service calls.

The role requires reading blueprints, following safety procedures, and providing reliable facility support during events, holidays, and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; related experience considered.
• EPA TYPE I/II/III required; EPA Universal preferred.
• Two years’ experience operating HVAC, plumbing, electrical and life safety systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist other mechanics with routine maintenance on electrical equipment and HVAC systems.
• Respond to service calls and troubleshoot facility issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance on water and mechanical systems.
• Carry out minor structural/electrical tasks and other duties as assigned.
