Qualifications

• 3+ years operating HVAC, mechanical and plumbing in commercial/industrial facilities.
• EPA refrigeration certification (Any Level I-III).
• Technical HVAC training and knowledge of building systems.
• Ability to read blueprints and motor schematics; safety focused.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, repair and maintain HVAC systems for safe operation.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment across multiple buildings.
• Repair and rebuild equipment to meet quality standards.
• Drive Genie Lift/Forklift and operate lifts as required.
• Uphold safety, housekeeping and facility rules during events.
