Legends Global seeks an Operating Engineer II at Reliant Park, Houston, to operate and maintain HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems across four venues. You will inspect, repair and optimize critical infrastructure and lead preventive maintenance across multiple buildings.
You must have a High School Diploma or GED with 3+ years in commercial/industrial facilities and EPA Type I–III refrigeration certification. Strong safety, teamwork and problem-solving skills are essential.

Convention Center), Reliant Stadium (home of the Houston Texans and The Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo), Reliant Astrodome("The" Astrodome), and Reliant Arena. We are seeking a unique Operating Engineer II to join our Engineering team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include the following:

Education and/or Experience High School Diploma/GED required. Three (3) or more years’ experience operating and maintaining building HVAC, Mechanical and Plumbing Systems in a Commercial/Industrial Facility. Any Level Type I, II, III of EPA Certification for refrigeration. *Required* Technical training in HVAC. *Preferred* 3RD Grade Stationary Engineers License. *Required* HVAC Water Treatment Certification. *Preferred* Boiler and Heating Systems Certification. *Preferred* HVAC Certification I. *Preferred* Knowledge of testing & treating water to maintain proper chemical levels and clarity. *Required* Previous experience in operating the following equipment: Genie Lift, Forklift, JLG Boom-lift, versa‑hauler and man‑lifts as well as other motorized lifting equipment.
Skills and Abilities Must uphold Legends Global safety standards. Must provide exceptional customer service. Must be able to effectively work with others. Excellent verbal and written communication required. Computer Skills Operate standard office equipment and personal computer(s) using Outlook, MS Windows, Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint. A working knowledge of Building Automation Systems is required.
Other Qualifications Be licenses to operate a motor vehicle in the United States. Possess any licenses, certificates or training required by local, state or national authorities for the operation of the equipment found in the facility.
