Qualifications

• 4+ years of facility engineering, operating engineer, or building maintenance experience.
• Experience troubleshooting HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Working knowledge of BAS, life safety systems, and preventive maintenance programs.
• Universal HVAC License required; Boiler License preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).

Our client, a leading commercial facilities and property management organization, is seeking an Operating Engineer to join their team. As an Operating Engineer, you will be part of the Facilities Operations team supporting building engineering, HVAC, mechanical systems, and critical facility operations. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting abilities, mechanical aptitude, and excellent communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
