Company Overview:

Cornerstone Caregiving is the largest privately owned in-home care company. With a focus on giving our seniors the option to age in place, we are seeking an elite leader to spearhead the growth of this branch. This location is already profitable, which is a bonus!

Responsibilities:

As the director, you will independently manage and lead this branch, with ongoing corporate training and support.

• Business Development: Develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in-home care provider.
• Referral building: Cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.).
• Staffing and Scheduling: Hire and onboard new team members, ensure all shifts are staffed, and monitor on-call responsibilities.
• In-home Assessments: Build strong client relationships, conduct intakes, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Financial Management: Oversee office budget and financial performance.
• Cultivating Culture: Create a positive workplace environment, motivate your team, and set high standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven leadership experience managing a team
• Success in meeting sales and business development goals
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with recruitment, hiring, and staff oversight
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Availability for full-time M-F work
• Base salary of $80,000 plus a 20% quarterly profit share
