Closets by Design is seeking a Woodworking Machine Operator to join our team in Tempe, AZ. You will operate woodworking machinery and hand tools, understand product lines and installation techniques, and follow quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities include maintaining shop equipment, interpreting cut lists, and performing tasks assigned by the Production Manager. Work Monday through Friday with no weekends or overtime required.

Formación

• Experience in woodworking or cabinet-making fields preferred (32mm systems).
• Experience with woodworking equipment and hand tools is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Some prior woodworking experience is preferred but not required.

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Woodworking Machine Operator to join our growing team. The individual will be a shop assistant with the following responsibilities:

• Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools.
• Understand company product lines, machinery, assembly standards, and installation techniques.
• Follow quality and safety standards.
• Maintain shop equipment according to an established schedule.
• Understand cut lists for daily jobs.
• Additional tasks or projects as defined by the Production Manager.
