Closets by Design is seeking a Production shop/CNC operator to join our Chattanooga, TN team. You will operate woodworking machinery including a CNC, produce and assemble custom cabinetry, and support installation standards.

We will train you to produce quality closets and home organizing systems, with emphasis on safety, accuracy, and efficiency. Benefits include health, dental, vision insurance and paid time off. Opportunities for advancement.

Qualifikationen

• We will train you to produce quality custom closets, garages and home organizing systems.
• Experience in the woodworking or cabinet-making fields preferred (32mm systems).
• Experience with woodworking equipment and hand tools is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently, including a CNC.
• Produce and assemble custom cabinetry and organizational systems according to specifications
• Understand company product lines, machinery, assembly standards, and installation techniques
• Follow quality control procedures to ensure products meet company standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Additional tasks or projects as defined by the Production Manager
