Sonesta International Hotels Corporation is seeking an experienced OPERA PMS Administrator to configure, support, and optimize our Oracle OPERA systems across a growing portfolio of managed and franchise hotels. You will drive standardization, enable integrations, and partner with vendors to ensure stable data flow and reliable performance.

Qualifications

• 4–7+ years hands-on OPERA PMS administration including implementations, installations, migrations.
• Hands-on OPERA integrations experience (OHIP, OXI, IFC).
• Experience with OPERA reporting and analytics tools.
• Strong understanding of hotel operations (front desk, reservations, housekeeping, night audit).
• Experience supporting PMS integrations and troubleshooting interface issues.
• Ability to manage multiple properties or multi-site hospitality environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills for complex system issues.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and maintain OPERA PMS environments across managed and franchise properties.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for OPERA-related issues with timely resolution.
• Manage user access, roles, and security configurations in line with IT policies.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and data integrity.
• Standardize OPERA configurations, templates, and procedures across the portfolio.
• Identify inconsistencies and implement scalable solutions to reduce variation.
• Coordinate integrations between OPERA and CRS, POS, CRM, and related systems.
• Troubleshoot interface issues and coordinate with vendors for improvements.
• Collaborate with Oracle Hospitality and vendors on OPERA-related matters.
• Support onboarding, conversions, and deployments involving OPERA PMS, including cloud migrations.
• Provide training and enablement to property teams and internal users on OPERA functionality.
