Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Platform Operations Engineer / DevOps Engineer to support a high‑impact space and defense program in a classified environment. Responsibilities include deploying, configuring, and sustaining OpenShift infrastructure, ensuring reliability and security, and integrating mission‑driven applications.

Qualifications

Active Top Secret Clearance required.
2+ years in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Systems Administration, Infrastructure Engineering, or related field.
Hands-on experience with OpenShift.
Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting experience.
Experience with automation tools such as Rundeck, Ansible, or Puppet.
Windows Server administration experience.
Kubernetes administration certifications (CKA/CKAD).
Security+, RHCSA, RHCE, CISSP, or similar certifications.

Responsibilities

Deploy, configure, and sustain OpenShift infrastructure.
Act as technical escalation point during deployments and incidents.
Drive root cause analysis and restore system functionality.
Collaborate with infrastructure, cybersecurity, and program teams.
