Job summary

Aventura at Oakwood Village in Springfield, OH, is seeking a Shift Supervisor – Dietary Services to lead daily meal operations on the AM/PM shifts. You will oversee production, coaching, and ensuring safe, high-quality service for residents.

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work assigned shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
