Qualifications

• Supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain certification preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support dietary and dining service staff.
• Coordinate daily meal service per menus and standards.
• Monitor food quality, portions, presentation, and temperatures.
