Crumbl Cookies is seeking an Opening Shift Lead to run the morning shift, organize daily production, and ensure a flawless opening experience for guests. You will energize the team, manage early operations, and uphold product quality from the moment doors open.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, strong communication, and the ability to coach and coordinate a fast-paced bakery team while maintaining safety and standards.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be at least 18 years old and have reliable transportation to work for early-morning shifts.
• Available to work opening shifts beginning around 6:00 AM, including Fridays and Saturdays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the morning crew and ensure the store is ready to begin production.
• Assign stations, delegate tasks, and keep the shift on schedule.
• Review production needs and organize the day's baking priorities.
• Maintain excellent cookie quality and presentation and support prep activities.
• Complete opening checklists, cash-handling duties, and shift documentation.
