Culver’s is seeking a Restaurant Readiness Specialist to help ensure our restaurants run smoothly every day. You’ll work with opening teams to prepare, maintain equipment, and keep the dining area clean and inviting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate opening duties with the team to ensure smooth daily prep.
• Perform scheduled maintenance on restaurant equipment per calendar.
• Provide preventive maintenance to interior and exterior of the restaurant.
• Maintain building and grounds appearance including landscaping and snow removal.
• Receive and rotate stock in cooler, freezer, and dry storage areas.
• Monitor shelf life and code dates for inventory items.
• Maintain knowledge of restaurant equipment operation and upkeep.
• Complete scheduled maintenance on all restaurant equipment.
