Job summary

Drake's Scottsdale is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead the opening team and set the standards for service, hospitality, and operations. You will recruit, train, coach staff, manage scheduling, and ensure a flawless guest experience during the launch.

Work onsite with a collaborative leadership group to establish Vandelay standards, drive performance, and uphold food safety and quality across the restaurant.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's in Hospitality/Restaurant Management preferred.
• 2+ years of full-service restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong guest-service orientation.
• Trustworthy, detail-oriented and open to constructive feedback.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a high-performing team while modeling Vandelay hospitality.
• Manage daily floor operations to deliver an elevated guest experience.
• Oversee scheduling, shift planning, and labor management.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.
• Partner with culinary leadership to ensure menu execution and quality.
