Job summary

Goodwin Recruiting is seeking a passionate Restaurant Service Manager for a growing locally owned restaurant group in Scottsdale, known for upscale-casual dining and chef-driven cuisine. You will lead from the floor, develop people, and deliver exceptional hospitality while driving guest satisfaction and sales.

Responsibilities include overseeing daily service, mentoring staff, maintaining beverage program excellence with craft cocktails, wine, and spirits, and ensuring high-volume operations

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Restaurant Manager experience in an upscale-casual or upscale, full-service restaurant.
• Experience in a chef-driven, scratch kitchen environment.
• Strong background in elevated beverage service, including craft cocktails, wine, and spirits.
• Proven experience leading high-volume, full-service restaurant operations.
• Stable work history with no more than two employers in the past five years.
• Hands-on leadership style with the ability to lead from the floor.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, hospitality-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations on the floor to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth service.
• Develop and mentor restaurant staff to improve performance and retention.
• Oversee beverage program excellence, including cocktails, wine, and spirits.
