Job summary

Sexy Roman at W Scottsdale is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead day-to-day operations, maintain hospitality standards, and coach the front-of-house team to deliver memorable guest experiences.

You will manage labor, ensure safety and compliance, and partner with the GM and leadership to set service priorities. A proven track record in hospitality and 5+ years guest-facing experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of guest-facing experience in food & beverage, hospitality, or a comparable service environment.
• 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong hospitality and guest-focused approach.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced restaurant setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate restaurant operations during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Maintain standards for food, beverage, service, hospitality, and restaurant presentation.
• Create a warm, welcoming environment with attentive, friendly, and responsive service.
• Manage the restaurant atmosphere including music, lighting, temperature, cleanliness, and energy.
• Coach and mentor front-of-house staff and align with the GM on priorities.
• Ensure policies and Standard Operating Procedures are followed.
• Monitor inventory, receiving, dating, and ensure equipment is clean and functional.
• Address guest concerns professionally with positive solutions.
• Support labor management and cash-handling procedures.
