Qualifications

• 21+ years old required.

• Experience in upscale high-volume establishments preferred.
• Must pass quizzes on product knowledge and procedures.
• Desire to create memorable hospitality moments.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, attentive service at the bar and in support of the dining room.
• Craft cocktails and beverages with precision per Vandelay recipes.
• Maintain knowledge of the full beverage program including wine and beer.
• Engage guests with guidance and recommendations to enhance their experience.
• Anticipate guest needs and ensure seamless service.
• Open and close the bar, keeping it clean and organized.
• Maintain bar inventory and communicate shortages or needs.
• Collaborate with servers and hosts to support operations.
• Adhere to responsible alcohol service guidelines at all times.
• Handle guest concerns warmly and resolve issues professionally.
• Participate in ongoing training to deepen knowledge and skills.
