Responsibilities

• Set up workstations and prepare ingredients for recipes.
• Label and stock ingredients, follow FIFO procedures.
• Measure ingredients and seasonings for cooking.
• Prepare ingredients by washing and chopping vegetables and meat.
• Undertake basic cooking duties such as reducing sauces.
• Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen and sanitize surfaces.
• Assist other kitchen staff as needed.
