Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients for the station: chopping, portioning, cooking proteins, and building sauces to recipe spec.
• Cook and plate menu items on assigned equipment, matching recipe specifications and plate standards.
• Read orders from the kitchen display or tickets and coordinate with other stations to deliver on time.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper FIFO labeling and rotate prepped items.
• Follow safety and sanitation regulations at all times.
