Responsibilities include setting up stations, prepping ingredients, monitoring portions and waste, ensuring quality and timely service, and following Head Chef instructions while staying compliant with safety standards.

Qualifications

• Food Handlers card is required where applicable.
• Experience working on a brigade-style line is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies.
• Prepare ingredients for cooking (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering/cooking meat, and preparing sauces).
• Monitor food, portion, and waste control.
• Ensure food quality of all lines.
• Cook food on various surfaces and equipment.
• Report to and follow Head Chef instructions.
• Inventory and ordering.
• Document and tally waste logs.
