Responsibilities

• Shift 5:00am-1:30pm
• Lead shifts, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly service
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during shift
• Plan shifts, monitor performance, maintain standards of quality, service and cleanliness
• Ensure safety, security, profitability; communicate with next shift manager
• Oversee food safety, internal communication, inventory management, daily maintenance and cleanliness, quality food production
