Job summary

Chick-fil-A is seeking an Opening Manager to lead the front and back of house, guide daily operations, and model our servant-hearted culture. This highly developmental role focuses on improving restaurant performance by executing Chick-fil-A’s vision of being the most caring company.

You will coach team members and leaders, drive operational excellence, and elevate guest satisfaction in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with opportunities for growth and development.

Responsibilities

Job description

The Opening Manager is one who consistently demonstrates our core values, embraces the Chick-fil-A culture and has a servant’s heart. The Opening Manager is responsible for overseeing and executing daily operations and keeping team members and team leaders accountable for each component of Operational Excellence and our Recipe for Service in the front of house of the restaurant. The Opening Manager's main areas of focus are completing tasks so that the restaurant runs effectively, and coaching/developing team members and team leaders in the front and back of house of the restaurant. The Opening Manager will lead by example and set the tone that others will follow.

This role is a highly developmental role that is focused on improving restaurant performance by executing Chick-fil-A’s vision of being the most caring company.

$20.00 per hour
