Responsibilities

• participate in day-to-day operations in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant.
• Improve restaurant sales and financial stewardship.
• Lead opening of front and back of house as needed.
• Train team members and team leaders.
• Develop new systems to improve performance.
• Ensure food safety in daily kitchen tasks.
• Inventory ordering and management.
• Enhance guest experience and assist in talent acquisition.
